| Jim was extremely helpful in setting us in the right direction. Jim first helped us narrow our search by putting us in the proper price range, type of home, and spent hours with us looking at homes to get a better feel for what our likes and dislikes are. Once he got a feel for our tastes he took it upon homself to find our home. He would only call if he felt a home would match our needs. That was no easy task, since we were very particular. Over the four months of searching, Jim would stay in contact with us, whether there was a home available or not and reassure us that a home would come available.
When we did find the right home, Jim was completely in our corner directing us in the proper direction during negotiations. Jim took care of all the paper work, negotiations and let us make all final decisions. We actually did not do much, except decide on the home.
